This hidden gem located on the back streets of Shibuya, easily accessible from Shinsen Station, features an eye-catching white exterior. Upon entering, you can see an open kitchen and a pizza oven, with options for counter seating or calm tables. The first dish is an appetizer resembling sushi, with a delightful combination of tomatoes, beets, and ricotta. The Margherita and Quattro Formaggi pizzas, fresh out of the oven, are aromatic, and the texture of the dough is pleasant. The surprises continue with a prosciutto-flavored panna cotta and a bear-shaped monaka, creating an exciting flow. There’s also a show-like atmosphere that unfolds between the dishes, leaving me feeling happy until the very end.
