This hidden gem located on the back streets of Shibuya, easily accessible from Shinsen Station, features an eye-catching white exterior. Upon entering, you can see an open kitchen and a pizza oven, with options for counter seating or calm tables. The first dish is an appetizer resembling sushi, with a delightful combination of tomatoes, beets, and ricotta. The Margherita and Quattro Formaggi pizzas, fresh out of the oven, are aromatic, and the texture of the dough is pleasant. The surprises continue with a prosciutto-flavored panna cotta and a bear-shaped monaka, creating an exciting flow. There’s also a show-like atmosphere that unfolds between the dishes, leaving me feeling happy until the very end.

The interior of the restaurant features a visible pizza oven, creating a relaxing and comfortable space. From the very first dish, there are surprises, and the appetizers that look like sushi are enjoyable with their layered flavors. The prosciutto-style panna cotta combined with strawberries and pistachios has a good balance of sweetness and saltiness. Freshly baked pizza appears midway through, and the aroma of the dough and the richness of the cheese make it irresistible. Margherita, Marinara, and Quattro Formaggi are served in succession, each showcasing its own unique character. Classic dishes and creative plates follow one after another, allowing for an exciting and delicious experience until the very end.
