I have always used this store as my favorite since it opened, often for events, and I am a platinum member of the app, but this time I was very disappointed. Due to my age, I usually order lean upper thigh meat and avoid fatty cuts, but today's thigh meat was completely white! When I asked the staff if there was a mistake because it was fatty meat, they explained that it is usually Ichibo but today it is Tomo Sankaku meat. I wanted to eat lean meat... "It's not that the meat is bad, but" if it's not lean, shouldn't it have been explained at the beginning? I also ordered premium kalbi and regular kalbi, but the premium kalbi was actually tougher and fattier, which was also different from what I had before. I don't know if the quality of the meat has been lowered for the platter or if it will continue to be this way, but I was very disappointed. I had also reserved a private room, but I was shown to a different seat... What happened? The quality of both service and food has significantly declined, which is unfortunate. We used the restaurant with five people, including two small children, during lunch time. Thanks to the reservation made in advance, the seating arrangement was very smooth. I was happy to see that child-sized chairs, plates, and cutlery were already prepared at the table. We ordered using a touch panel, and the food arrived quickly. I felt that many of the staff were young, but everyone was very polite and quietly carried out their duties. The meat was tender and the fat was sweet; I felt it was the best among the yakiniku restaurants in this area. The sauce paired well with the meat and was very delicious. I would like to use this place again with family and friends.

The menu has changed and become difficult to understand. I always eat cold noodles, but they have become less appealing. I think the meat is delicious. One thing that caught my attention is that elderly people often cannot enter private rooms. It seems that some of them do not know how to use the tablet and are left unable to place orders, which my wife is worried about as it seems to be noticeable. Is there no call bell?

It's hard to find any drawbacks. The products were served quickly and deliciously in a clean store. There are private rooms, so it seems like it would be enjoyable even for those with small children. The room was hot when using the private room, but the staff responded immediately when I mentioned it. I would like to use this place again for yakiniku.

I went out to eat with my family on my birthday. I was unable to finish the kimchi, and when I asked if they had a container for takeout, they kindly provided one. They also made sure to serve tea at a temperature that was easy for small children to drink, which I found very thoughtful. I brought a baby with me, and they lent us a blanket. The staff were very pleasant, and I would like to go again!
