A special Margherita topped with a whole piece of special fresh mozzarella made by Mr. Inokuchi, who trained in Italy, in Bikkan Town, Hokkaido. *Please cut the cheese yourself.
We placed 'luxurious' freshly sliced ham right up to the edge of the pizza. It's an unexpected combination, but our staff likes to drizzle it with 'honey'. Be sure to give it a try!
The beef is cooked to perfection using low-temperature cooking, then prepared as carpaccio and garnished with truffle sauce for a rich flavor.
An assortment of appetizers beautifully arranged with a generous use of our restaurant's proud ingredients. Enjoy this as the first dish while sharing.
The inside of the egg is creamy and soft-boiled. This dish is topped with homemade tuna mayo sauce. The pink pepper adds a nice accent and is perfect as a snack with drinks.
We topped our proud stone oven-baked omelette with aromatic and rich truffle cream.
