Chicken Neverland . While out for a drink in Musashikoyama, I wandered into this restaurant. It is a yakitori restaurant where they grill the chicken right in front of you. There is a half standing drinking area and a half seating area where you can sit in front of the charcoal grill. 💁🏼‍♀️ We went to the standing drinking corner because we wanted to have a quick drink. They gave us a small discount for standing drinkers. Now, I wanted to go for a beer! ✔︎ Kinkan Ponzu I ordered the kumquat ponzu (citrus fruit ponzu). The kumquat was quickly cooked and half-boiled. It goes well with the grated ponzu. I mean, grated daikon and ponzu are really the best combination. 🥺✨ My favorite chicken sashimi was sold out and not available 😭 ✔︎Motsu-nikomi It's a salted stew, somewhere between refreshing and rich! Satisfying with plenty of motsu! ✔︎Lever The chicken liver is grilled on a charcoal grill right in front of you! It's the mokumoku type, but that's okay too! It would have been great if it was a little more rare. The smell is definitely not good for a date, but it's a good place to go for a drink. Musashikoyama still have many more places to go 🤔. .
