We sincerely thank you for your continued patronage of Italian Otto. Due to recent fluctuations in ingredient prices, we will be revising our menu prices starting from November 22, 2023.

9,000 yen (10% service charge, excluding tax)

12,000 yen (10% service charge, excluding tax)
In order to continue providing the best service, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
Our regular closing day is Monday, but we may take irregular holidays. Please check the calendar on our website for confirmation of business days before making a reservation.
When you enter the date for your reservation, a calendar of business days will be displayed for your confirmation.
Reservations are accepted between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM.
- We would like to change the content of the dishes as much as possible each time you visit, so we ask for your visit history.
- It will take approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes until the dishes are served. If you are in a hurry, please let us know by the day before. On busy days, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
- We kindly ask that you provide a mobile phone number if possible.
- If you have allergies or dislikes for specific ingredients, please let us know in the designated field. We may not be able to accommodate requests made after your arrival. Thank you for your understanding.
- The displayed prices are subject to an additional 10% service charge and 10% consumption tax.
- Please note that we charge a cancellation fee for cancellations or reductions in the number of guests.

On the day... 100% of the course price
Please change the number of guests for your reservation at least two days in advance.
- We cannot accept requests for specific seating.

- A separate private room usage fee (10,000 yen) will be charged for the use of private rooms. Reservations for private rooms are accepted by phone only.
- Children are only allowed in private rooms. Additionally, only children in middle school and above who can eat the same full course as adults are allowed.

- Reservations can be made for customers with children. Small children do not have to order a course and may bring their own food and drinks from home.
[Please be sure to indicate whether there will be children's meals or just seating when making a reservation] If there is no input, we may not be able to prepare a seat. If the children's input screen does not appear, it may be fully booked. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please confirm by phone.
- Private room reservations for lunch are not accepted.
