A golden-colored broth that naturally emerges after simmering Hinai chicken bones for half a day. This proud dish allows you to enjoy the depth of flavor as it is, as well as the changes in taste when combined with ingredients and condiments.
Kiritanpo filled with the rich soup of Hinai chicken, accompanied by fragrant vegetables such as seri, burdock, and maitake mushrooms. A dish that allows you to feel the richness of Akita's local culture. (Available only in autumn and winter.)
A mild soy sauce-flavored chicken broth with grilled Hinai chicken over charcoal, along with plenty of vegetables such as garlic chives and burdock. You can also enjoy variations by adding garlic or chili peppers to the soup, making it a summer-exclusive hot pot.
