Horumon Yakiniku Izakaya Usi no Ibukuro

Born in 1986 in Nakijin Village, Okinawa Prefecture, to a family in the livestock industry, he trained for three years at a long-established hormone yakiniku restaurant in Osaka at the age of 24 before returning to his hometown to study livestock breeding in the family business. He later opened his own business, hoping to make the best use of locally produced Wagyu beef. He serves a variety of tasty cuts of beef, making the most of local ingredients.
