Horumon Yakiniku Izakaya Usi no Ibukuro

Hormone Yakiniku Izakaya is a barbecue restaurant where you can enjoy various parts of hormone, yakiniku, and steaks. In particular, the restaurant offers a wide variety of hormones such as minos, hachinos, and senmai, each prepared in its own unique way. The restaurant also offers popular yakiniku such as red meat and kalbi (ribs), which are high quality meats at reasonable prices. Grilled with fresh vegetables, they make for an even richer meal.

Opened on August 15, 2017. As the name suggests, this izakaya focuses on hormone yakiniku (grilled hormone meat), and offers a menu that makes the most of wagyu beef from Nakijin and seasonal vegetables purchased directly from local farmers.

Born in 1986 in Nakijin Village, Okinawa Prefecture, to a family in the livestock industry, he trained for three years at a long-established hormone yakiniku restaurant in Osaka at the age of 24 before returning to his hometown to study livestock breeding in the family business. He later opened his own business, hoping to make the best use of locally produced Wagyu beef. He serves a variety of tasty cuts of beef, making the most of local ingredients.
