The bright-toned interior is comfortable, allowing you to relax in a clean space with ample room. The staff's response is polite, and the pleasant sense of distance is appreciated. There are several small dishes that come out at the beginning, each feeling handmade and exciting. The cold corn soup has a prominent sweetness, complemented by the umami of the shellfish, providing a sense of satisfaction. Fresh fish is hidden among the vegetables on the plate, adding to the enjoyment of eating. Each dish is beautifully presented, and the fragrant bread is also impressive, conveying a sense of challenge and delicacy throughout.
