We only offer SAKE pairing course. The course will feature a monthly theme based on the month's natural changes, rice production, sake brewing, and other factors, and will be expressed through approximately 7 dishes paired with 9 sakes. Seasonal ingredients will be brought from Yamagata Prefecture, where the rice used to make sake at the Sangenjaya Brewery is grown, as well as from other parts of Japan. The Sangenjaya Brewery also brews 2-3 new sakes each month, so you will always have something new to enjoy.
