Morioka Cold Noodles originated from the fusion of Hamheung cold noodles and Pyongyang cold noodles, brought to life by noodle artisans in Morioka. Later, the cold noodles presented by our predecessor, 'Pyon Pyon Tei', at the 'Nippon Noodle Summit' were highly praised and named Morioka Cold Noodles. Morioka Cold Noodles feature a chewy texture with strong elasticity, a flavorful broth made from beef and beef bones with added chicken carcass, and a special kimchi with refreshing acidity and spiciness. The deliciousness that comes from the perfect harmony of these elements is the charm of Morioka Cold Noodles.
