This is a restaurant where udon is the star, and the freshly made noodles are glossy, elastic, and very delicious. The broth has a wonderful aroma that brings out the sweetness of the noodles, allowing for a refreshing finish. The specialty kashiwa tempura has a crispy batter and is juicy inside, and the flavors of the sea are also enjoyable. Whether served cold or hot, each has its own distinct appeal, leading to a high level of satisfaction. The interior, with its warm wooden decor, is calming, and the tatami seating makes it comfortable for families with children. There can be a line, but the excitement of watching the udon being prepared right in front of you adds to the experience.
