Tsukimino Taishoken

This is the signature menu item of Taikoken. For tsukemen, all sizes are priced with an additional 100 yen for medium and 200 yen for large. The amount of noodles for the regular size is 300g with 2 servings of noodles, the medium size is 450g with 3 servings, and the large size is 600g with 4 servings. The soup contains 2 slices of chashu, menma, chopped green onions, and 1 sheet of nori.

Menma, seaweed, egg, chashu, and finely sliced white onion (small) are added to the tsukemen.

All ramen dishes can be upgraded to Chashu Ramen for an additional 300 yen. The small ramen contains 150g of noodles (one serving) and includes two slices of chashu, menma, a small amount of chopped onions, and one sheet of nori.

For dipping noodles, you can change to chopped green onions or chopped onions, so please let us know. For ramen, you can change to chopped onions or green onions, so please let us know.
