We aim to provide our customers with high-quality glass wines in a better condition. To achieve this, we use a dedicated wine server called 'Enomatic' to keep the wine fresh after uncorking. With this wine server, wines that were previously unavailable by the glass can now be enjoyed in small quantities by the glass. We hope to deliver the thoughts of the winemakers to our customers along with quality, and we would be delighted if you could enjoy them with our dishes. *Please note that the menu contents are subject to change.
We have recreated the slightly luxurious home-cooked dish of 'sukiyaki' that has been familiar since ancient times in a teppanyaki style. Thinly sliced high-quality domestic Wagyu sirloin is quickly grilled on a hot plate, seasoned with sugar and soy sauce, and finally rolled with Kujo negi (Japanese leek) to complete the dish. Just like sukiyaki, please enjoy by dipping in beaten egg.
A French traditional dish that combines steamed lobster with 'Americaine sauce' made from a rich broth extracted from lobster, butter, and vegetables, cooked on a hot plate. Enjoy the unique 'Creative Teppanyaki French' by the teppanyaki chef.
