Japanese fatty plump tecchan (large intestine) and Ehime brand pork "amaturobuta" belly. A pile of cabbage, onion, bean sprouts, and chives. Homemade spicy miso sauce and Korean coarsely ground sweet and spicy red pepper paste are used to finish the dish. The more you stew it, the more beer and rice you will enjoy. ❗️ For the rice, serve it with handmade udon noodles (sold separately) and premium eggs, and dip them in the leftover sauce. ❗️
About 200g (for one person) of thin slices of delicious parts of Japanese black beef for sukiyaki, such as loin, ude, and kata. ❗️ Please enjoy it with various vegetables including Kujo-negi (green onion) directly sent from Kumiyama, Kyoto, tofu, and Matsuyama-age (fried tofu). Our homemade Warishita is "sugar-free" and not too sweet, so you can enjoy it to the end without getting tired of eating it. Eggs are of course premium eggs with "rich yolk". ❗️ Rice and udon noodles are also included to satisfy your appetite.
