This is a course that allows you to fully enjoy Versale's seafood Italian cuisine. Starting with our signature lobster dish, we offer a sumptuous array of seafood dishes from antipasto to main course! This is a dinner course representative of Versale for first-time guests and seafood lovers.
The most popular dish at Versale! A proud dish baked with scallops, shrimp, and other seafood coated in a sea urchin cream sauce made with salted sea urchin.
At Versale, we use live lobsters that are particular about freshness and quality, making them incredibly firm and sweet! The rich miso flavor can only be experienced with fresh live lobsters, offering a melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness. This is a great dish that allows you to enjoy both the carefully selected live lobsters and our homemade fresh pasta.
Large and tender escargot and mushrooms are lightly simmered in a cream sauce based on Marsala wine, then topped with fragrant garlic butter and baked. This dish, favored by Chef Kamada, is exquisite with its rich flavor and the aroma of Marsala wine.
Confit is a dish that is slowly cooked in low-temperature oil until tender. At Versale, we serve it with only salt to bring out the original flavor of the ingredients maximally from the bone-in meat. It is surprisingly delicious.

Limoncello, an Italian lemon liqueur, is made using lemon peels. In addition to the sweetness of the liqueur and the refreshing aroma of lemon, there is also a bitterness from the lemon peels, making it crisp even though it is sweet. In Italy, it was traditionally consumed as a digestif after meals, often served in homes as a substitute for dessert.
