Casa de comidas Valtarajal.

Restaurante Valtarajal offers traditional Canarian home-style cooking in a small, picturesque setting in Betancuria. Dishes such as stuffed peppers, local stews, papas arrugadas, and simple desserts like quesillo highlight straightforward, well-balanced flavors. The restaurant is run with an unusual, bar-centered service where guests participate in ordering, and the lone server is described as attentive and welcoming, also communicating comfortably in English.
