The tongue at our store is amazingly delicious. It is juicy with a good texture to chew, and becomes addictive. Sprinkle with green onions and eat with lemon juice for a refreshing taste. Addictive warning!
A cut of meat from the diaphragm muscle. The part that connects to the lumbar vertebrae is called 'Sagari' and is considered delicious. Classified as part of the internal organs, but has a texture close to muscle. It is tender, rich in fat, and has a strong flavor.
