On July 25, 2016, the long-awaited new menu item debuted! A proud dish that blends several types of spices to pursue an original level of spiciness. It has a rich flavor amidst the heat, and it's sure to become addictive!? Additionally, the spiciness is enhanced with ground Sichuan pepper☆ The ingredients include tofu, bean sprouts, chives, wood ear mushrooms, and cabbage, all enveloped in a sweet and spicy sauce, generously piled on top. The base is miso, and the noodles are thick. We are waiting for all the spicy food lovers and challengers!
