It has a shine reminiscent of tanned leather, giving a healthy impression. The jump is viscous, medium to slightly long. It is evident from the appearance that it has a solid alcohol content typical of red wine. The aroma is centered around dark fruits like cassis and blueberries, but there are also hints of sweetness reminiscent of baked goods and caramel. The fruit aromas are well integrated with a touch of menthol that has a slightly spicy atmosphere, including notes of mint and eucalyptus leaves. The attack is strong, with rich fruitiness. It has a rich acidity, but even more so, it has a voluminous taste with abundant fruit flavors. You can feel the solid tannins, providing a satisfying experience of 'drinking red wine.' The finish is slightly long, leaving a pleasant aftertaste. ~Characteristics of Moncherban White~ The rim is transparent with a pale lemon yellow hue, clear and shining, giving a healthy impression. There is an abundance of citrus aromas that evoke freshness, such as lemon, lime, and grapefruit. With each swirl of the glass, you can also sense tropical fruit aromas like lychee, passion fruit, and pineapple, adding an exotic aspect to the refreshing profile.
