Start with high heat for about 10 minutes, until the offal and cabbage are cooked and the garlic chives are wilted, then reduce to low heat and do not let it boil down. Be sure to leave some soup, as it is customary to finish with champon noodles. If at any point the soup tastes too strong, please inform the staff.
