There are so many places to go in Tokyo that I can't even begin to list them all, and this was one of them. There are so many pork cutlet shops in Tokyo, and I'm drawn to all of them. We got there around noon on a weekday and the place was full, but we were told it was just open 😊. There were more seats in the restaurant than I expected, There were both female customers and one person. I was guided to a counter seat. I was shown to a counter seat. The cutlet is deep-fried in a blend of lard/head oil with high and low tones, The slightly coarse bread crumbs give it a crunchy texture. The meaty flavor of the Yamato pork is locked in. The flavor is evenly packed into the gaps and crevices of its fibers, resulting in a moist texture. The fat is rich. The meat and the batter are so well integrated that it is easy to forget the presence of rice, I tasted the meat and the batter so much that I forgot about the rice, I was so absorbed in the flavor that I forgot about the rice, and I remembered about the rice halfway through the dish. So this restaurant has been selected as one of the 100 best tonkatsu restaurants. Since I eat white meat cutlets every time, I was not aware that it was a tonkatsu restaurant at all. Since it was introduced in the Michelin Guide, I have not been able to visit the restaurant because of the large number of foreign tourists who line up outside the restaurant at lunch time, but perhaps due to the recent coronavirus, I looked inside the restaurant at lunch time and found many empty seats, so I paid a visit after a long time. Sasami Katsu and Menchikatsu I ordered a side of cabbage and poured sesame dressing on the table and finished it. When the main course arrives, I pour salt on the white meat cutlet and eat it. The center of the cutlet is cooked more thoroughly than before, so it is not quite as rare as before, but it is still tender and great. The rice is soaked with happiness! I wonder if they made a mistake with the amount of water, but the level is quite disappointing. The fine batter is crispy, so I finish the meal while covering up the messy texture. I cheated myself by eating the menchikatsu, but I gave up. I added the optional grated yam (100 yen) and tried to wash it down, but there was very little grated yam. About a cup of disher? I almost said to the waiter, "The rice is so soggy! I almost said to the waitress, but instead of saying it, I finished the rice and finished the meal. If it were only for the fried food, I would have given a good impression, but the quality of the rice was a drag, and I have to give it this score. I think it was just a coincidence on the day I went there, so I will go back again. Thanks for the meal.

I had the chicken breast katsu and the chicken breast was so tender and delicious. It's a must try because it's their signature dish. The price is not expensive and if you can taste Michelin at this price, it's worth going back a few times I would definitely go back again and again.

Oyster fries, a seasonal item, were served. I was torn between whether to have a pork cutlet, a white meat cutlet, or fried oysters.... In the end, we did a lot of "add an item".

I had no idea that the cutlet meat was so tender. I was impressed by how tender and tasty both the fillet and the sasami were. Personally, I recommend eating the fillet with curry and the chicken with salt.
