I made a reservation for the share dinner course. Both the homemade pasta and the main meat dish were incredibly delicious. It was the first time I had meat in pasta that was so tender. Every dish had a special touch, with a focus on ingredients that combined boldness and delicacy, making it surprising and never boring to eat. I could feel the chef's desire for us to enjoy the food in its most delicious state. I visited on a weekday evening, and although it was almost full and seemed busy, the two of them worked perfectly together, allowing us to enjoy our meal. The service staff's hospitality was also very natural and wonderful. Next time, I want to try various dishes a la carte, so I will definitely come back to eat when I visit Nozawa Onsen.

Delicious food & great service. We got the set menu, which still provided lots of choices and variety. We started with cheeses & meats with focaccia bread. Then had a beautiful mozzarella, beetroot and tomato salad, and then the homemade sausages. The crispy potatoes were delicious too. Then a mushroom risotto, a wagyu pasta, followed by sliced wagyu and chicken in a creamy mushroom sauce. We finished with a divine tiramisu. The serves aren’t massive but there are so many courses that we left very satisfied. And there was extra focaccia for anyone feeling like they needed more food or wanting to soak up the sauces. Highly recommend. It will be the most expensive meal we have while in Nozawa but we really enjoyed it.

It was just dusk, and it was comfortable with the outside breeze coming in. The spacious interior was mostly filled, and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves, creating a pleasant atmosphere. We had two bottles of wine and enjoyed the food. I had visited the previous location two years ago, so I searched for this place and came here. It's a good restaurant worth visiting. I've been wandering around Tokyo, but the location and the use of local ingredients are wonderful, and I would like to come again. Thank you for the meal.

I visited with a local friend. The food is delicious and authentic, a rarity in Nozawa Onsen Village! We visited for dinner, and the restaurant was full as soon as it opened. Reservations are essential. The atmosphere was great and we were able to enjoy a peaceful time and excellent food. The dishes are all authentic Italian. We were served a course, but you can feel the attention to detail in each dish. By the time we had our last cup of coffee or tea, our stomachs and hearts were full! I will definitely visit this wonderful restaurant when I stay at Nozawa Onsen in the future.

I have been skiing in Nozawa Onsen for over 40 years, but this time I found an Italian restaurant and went there. Since we were a group of four, we shared all the pasta from the lunch course, and both the Bolognese, the Genovese, and the tomato-flavored pasta were delicious. The dishes made use of local game and vegetables. The pasta was homemade and came in various shapes, and the taste of the wheat was very gentle. I was moved because I had only ever eaten store-bought pasta. The staff were also very kind, and we had a pleasant conversation. I definitely want to visit again!

The newly relocated store was spacious and comfortable, which was nice. The view from the window seats was beautiful and impressive. We opted for a shared dinner, where everyone chose the same dish, and each one was delicious and carefully prepared. It was delightful to see that they used local vegetables, which were fresh. The explanation from the owner was enjoyable, and we had a great time with my son and friends. It was a feast that was almost too much for me.
