This is a standard course that can be enjoyed casually, but also offers a good taste of unagi (eel). The well-balanced course includes a special potato salad and grilled dish to fill your stomach moderately, and finishes with unaju (eel). This course is recommended for first-timers and for everyday banquets. The eel is finished with a fluffy texture and served with a light sauce that makes it easy to eat all the way through. Koshu Shingen chicken is used for the grilled dish to simply bring out the flavor of the ingredients. This course is not too heavy, and the chopsticks will naturally move along with you.
This is a slightly spacious course that adds a salad and dessert to the Ume Course. The overall balance of this course is perfect for those who want to enjoy a full meal or for those who want to spend a leisurely time at a gathering. We are proud of the sauce that enhances the flavor of the eel, which is made in cooperation with a long-established soy sauce brewery. The sauce is light yet rich and goes well with rice. Each of the skewers and a la carte dishes are also carefully prepared to ensure a cohesive whole.
This is a highly satisfying course that allows you to fully enjoy the charm of our restaurant. In addition to our standard grilled dishes, we also offer beef stew, liver skewers, and other items that only an eel restaurant can offer. The course ends with a sumptuous unaju (eel stew). We recommend this dish for important banquets and dinners. The sauce made from the eel's head and bones is light but has a deep flavor. The sauce is light but has a deep flavor. A bowl featuring fluffy eel, presented in an impressive arrangement, is our restaurant's specialty. While it has a striking appearance, the taste allows you to fully enjoy the deliciousness of the eel in a simple way. It's a dish that you'll want to capture in a photo.
As the name 'Fortune Eel Rising Bowl' suggests, this dish brings a sense of good fortune. It uses two whole eels, providing a satisfying and hearty meal. It is also recommended for special occasions or when you want to lift your spirits.
