Located along the Shirataki River, Kappo Satou has been beloved by customers for 40 years since its establishment. The local chicken hot pot, made with fresh vegetables and delicious local tofu, is especially recommended, enhanced by a secret broth and homemade yuzu pepper. The menu also features a variety of regional dishes using Bungo beef.
