Do Sushi & Wine really go well together? Sake is fine, isn't it? But as a wine lover, I wanted to try it once. It's been a long time since I've had sushi at the counter. The French-ish Japanese dish was served in the middle of the meal, and the pairing was decided very well. The oxidized Macon Chardonnay was delicious. Also, the freshly made ice cream for dessert was superb.
