An authentic wagyu yakiniku restaurant to savor Awa beef

Wagyu Yakiniku Nagomi is an authentic wagyu yakiniku restaurant located in Eimachi, Tokushima, specializing in female Awa beef. The interior has been renovated, and aside from the counter seats, all dining areas are private tatami rooms, allowing guests to enjoy their meals in a secluded atmosphere. The thick, vibrantly colored meat offers a delightful texture and rich flavor, with the 'ichibo' cut being particularly recommended. The restaurant's signature sauce is light, enhancing the natural flavors of the ingredients.

I couldn't speak Japanese, but the boss and his wife were very kind to me. The food was also very delicious, and I wanted to try more dishes, but I was too full to eat any more, which was a pity. It was a very satisfying dinner.
