Ikyu Nishinomiya Kitaguchi Ten

The seasoning of our carefully crafted soup is all based on the flavors of Hakata. We also pay attention to the way the vegetables are cut, ensuring they are all of a size that is easy to eat and allows you to enjoy the texture of the vegetables. We use carefully selected, tender, and plump offal. Of course, we use ingredients that are friendly to both the components and the environment.

To recreate the authentic flavor, we use soy sauce sourced from Hakata. It is recommended for those who prefer a light taste. For the finishing touch, we recommend either champon noodles or rice porridge!

A collagen-rich dish using uniquely flavored miso that is very popular among women. We use authentic miso from Hakata. Recommended for those who prefer a relatively rich taste! Noodles are recommended for the final course.

We source high-quality white miso from Kyoto. It is recommended for those who prefer a slightly sweeter taste. For the finish, we recommend mochi, udon noodles, or champon noodles.

We have arranged the miso received from a kimchi shop in our own style. It is quite spicy, so be careful!! For the finish, we recommend mochi, udon noodles, or champon noodles.
