This is a shochu made using potatoes from Kiyosato Town in Hokkaido, featuring a unique refreshing flavor, along with a subtle sweetness and gentle taste from the white koji fermentation.
A genuine shochu made from corn. It is a blend of refreshing original liquor and rich aged liquor, giving it an amber color that evokes the land of Hokkaido.
Ainu people have treasured it as the 'fruit of eternal youth' and it is rich in vitamins, calcium, and iron. Sweet and sour~.
We offer local sake from Hokkaido, including Otokoyama Gomen Sake (Asahikawa City) and Kunizakari (Mashike Town).
