The owner, a former sushi chef, prepares sashimi using the freshest ingredients, which he carefully selects and purchases at the market every day. Our specialty yakitori is grilled over charcoal using Ibaraki Prefecture's "Akadori" (red chicken), which we purchase daily. The high heat seals in the flavor of the fresh ingredients so that the outside is crispy and the inside is juicy, making our charcoal-grilled yakitori an unforgettable experience.
A unique satsuma age from Tokijiro, made by adding plenty of shrimp and white fish paste to yam and frying it until fluffy. Enjoy it hot and freshly fried, puffed up and delicious! Many customers are surprised at how tasty freshly fried satsuma age can be! Depending on the season, there will also be satsuma age with edamame or sakura shrimp.
A dish featuring heart that has been grilled to a fragrant perfection over charcoal, served with the chef's special grated daikon ponzu for a refreshing taste.
