The counter inside the hotel is clean and has a calm atmosphere. The sushi rice is modestly sized and soft, blending naturally in the mouth. The toppings are thoughtfully crafted in thickness and size, creating a pleasant overall balance. The soy sauce is served in a self-dipping style, and items like horse mackerel can be enjoyed deliciously as they are with the condiments. The fatty tuna has a melting texture, and the sea urchin, salmon roe, sweet shrimp, scallops, and octopus were also impressive. The red miso soup with nameko mushrooms and the desserts are all prepared with care, served at a good pace, allowing for a pleasant experience.
