The grilled clams on skewers have a nicely browned aroma, and the sweet sauce spreads throughout the mouth. They have a perfect grilling color, reflecting the care that comes with hand grilling. When warmed in the pack, the flavor intensifies, and the umami of the clams is conveyed more clearly. The balance of tenderness and elasticity is excellent, making them very easy to eat. They pair well whether enjoyed on their own, with rice, or with alcohol. There are also varieties of clams available, making it fun to choose according to your mood.
