The counter is spacious, allowing for a relaxed experience while gazing at the kitchen right in front of you. The paper menu is easy to understand, and I am pleased with the wide variety of sake available. The corn puree that was served first had a gentle sweetness that brought a smile to my face. The refreshing salad and the clams with a hint of sansho pepper were impressive and paired well with the drinks. The shirako ponzu, sesame kanpachi, and black wagyu meat tofu were all carefully prepared, and each dish had a harmonious flavor. The staff's attentiveness, such as serving in small plates and their dedication to providing beer and sake, made for a pleasant experience.
