The preparation of the foie gras and the clear consomme showcase high skill. The marinated salmon has a wonderful aroma, is moist, and leaves a long aftertaste. The fish and meat dishes are well-executed, with delicious sauces that leave no room for complaint. It's located within walking distance from the station, making it easy to enjoy a la carte.
