Tuna chubame (specialty tuna) can be added for an additional charge. +1500 yen for 2~4 persons / +3000 yen for 5~8 persons / +4500 yen for 9~12 persons We can also accommodate a larger number of people. The main course is grilled pork marinated in miso and served with a savory "hoba" miso paste that enhances the flavor of the juicy pork. The dish also includes kokumi karaage (deep fried pork belly), which is crispy on the outside but surprisingly juicy on the inside, and fatty salmon carpaccio, which is finished with a secret sauce. Please spend a pleasant time with your colleagues and friends with this high-cost course including all-you-can-drink for 2 hours.
This is a very satisfying banquet course, perfect for the cold season, featuring a choice of main course of motsu nabe. The main course of motsu nabe is an irresistible delicacy with a broth infused with the flavor of plump Japanese mutton and vegetables. You can choose from miso (rich miso) or shoyu (soy sauce). We combined the deliciousness of the ingredients with the unique acidity of Drunken Whale, resulting in a sake that is 'full of flavor yet has a clean finish.'
