Cafe Basicment is located in an alley, featuring a hidden gem atmosphere. Inside, you can enjoy delicious drinks, with the cream and scotch candy being particularly recommended. The cafe's ambiance is also very pleasant, perfect for leisurely coffee enjoyment. Operated by Basicment Studio, known for their branding of cafe spaces, the cafe is situated on the second floor of the Car Center Building. The cafe has about 5 two-person tables and a separate space with a long table for groups. The combination of hibiscus and berry tea and biscuits are also recommended. Additionally, it's conveniently located on the second floor of the Car Center, near Tsuchiyama Park.
