The skewers are all tender and juicy, with a perfect level of heat. I'm satisfied with the variety, from bonjiri (chicken tail) and sunazuri (chicken gizzard) to tsukune (chicken meatballs) and herb salt on chicken wings. The fried horse mackerel and sweet shrimp tempura are also crispy, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The appetizer of ume crystal, iburi gakkō (smoked daikon), and kampachi sashimi pairs well with the drinks. I was recommended some sake, allowing me to enjoy the differences in aroma and texture. The skewers, except for the chicken wings, come out quickly, which is helpful, and the cozy atmosphere allows for a relaxed time.

4.1

The grilled dishes are cooked to perfection, with a fragrant exterior and moist interior. The bonjiri (chicken tail), chicken wings, gizzards, tsukune (chicken meatballs), shiso rolls, and shiitake mushrooms are all juicy and delicious. The first dish served, the hamachi sashimi, is refreshing and makes for a great start. The recommended sake includes crisp and aromatic options that go down smoothly. The ramen has a rich, flavorful broth that pairs well with the Kujo green onions, and it's fun to change the flavor with garlic-infused miso. The warm atmosphere is loved by the locals, and it is always lively.
