This is a shop that blends into the traditional streets of Yao, offering a calm atmosphere. The handmade soba has a wonderful aroma and can be enjoyed smoothly with just the right amount of chewiness. The herring soba is seasoned on the sweeter side, with tender fish that provides a satisfying experience. The broth has a somewhat strong flavor, but it pairs well with the noodles, making it easy to keep eating. The cold soba is also recommended, and the combination with nameko mushrooms and grated daikon is very delicious. Even when it's crowded, the staff's service is polite, allowing for a pleasant experience.
