Entering this shop, I feel excited by the spacious atmosphere and the fluffy aroma of lamb. First, when I order the basic set, a mountain of vegetables and pink lamb are brought to me, and the freshness is evident from the appearance. When I grill the meat to my liking on the hot plate, it is surprisingly moist and has no strong flavor, with the fat gently melting and spreading a sweet umami. By mixing the slightly sweet sauce with garlic and chili from the table, I can change the flavor and continue eating without getting bored. The cheese fritters I ordered as a side, when crisped up on the edge of the hot plate, become the perfect snack with their chewy texture and savory aroma. The friendly staff's service is also pleasant, and I felt that this place is enjoyable not only for lamb lovers but also for first-timers.
