In a store where you can feel the warmth of wood, you can relax by the fireplace. The smoked dishes, made without additives and finished only with salt, pepper, and smoke, clearly convey the flavors of the ingredients. The smoked spare ribs are very tender, and the richness of the fat spreads wonderfully, making it the best. The nicely roasted mashed potatoes also have a great aroma, making them hard to resist. You can feel the commitment to quality with homegrown vegetables and prosciutto that has been slowly aged by the wind. On weekdays, there is also lunch available, and in addition to pasta, hamburgers, and pizza, it's enjoyable to pair them with craft beer and wine.
