Includes all-you-can-drink of the highest quality! Newly released first nabe menu at Kisuya featuring Kagoshima-style Takumi dashi and Rokubaku pork! The most distinctive feature of this dish is the golden "Takumi Dashi". The Kagoshima-style dashi has a delicious flavor and a hint of sweetness, giving it an elegant and deep taste. The star of this nabe is "Rokubaku pork," a brand that represents Japanese Kurobuta pork. This special pork is characterized by its fine texture of meat and sweet fat, and its high quality can be felt from its aroma the moment it is sliced into thin slices. We also offer a generous amount of green onions. The aroma and sweetness of the leeks, which have absorbed the broth, further deepen the flavor, making them a perfect match for the Rokuboku pork. The balance of the trinity of meat, broth, and green onions is the true essence of Kisuya's shabu-shabu.
