The origin is from the French word meaning 'roasted' which is 'rotir'. In our restaurant, we carefully marinate one whole Michinoku clear stream chicken for two days with plenty of original recipe herbs and spices. It is slowly rotated in our rotisserie machine at low temperature, allowing the excess fat to drip off while locking in the umami, resulting in a beautifully roasted skin with the aroma of herbs... Juicy and moist, this is our signature dish!
