Popular bakery in Takayama A store I learned about when I started my food log. I don't mean to sound rude, but there is a highly rated bakery in Takayama~! I don't get the chance to go to Takayama very often, so I've already filled up my BM! And then, all of a sudden, it comes! When I decided to go to Takayama, I knew I had to go here! The time was about 5:30 p.m. I was told that they do lay-backs, but I didn't know that in advance, so I went to the store. Very nice and atmospheric appearance. When you enter the store and go to the left, you will find breads... a little bit and a little bit...! I visited at this time of the day, of course there were no breads left! I bought it quickly! Caramel Crispy pie-like dough A soft caramel sheet is sandwiched between the crispy pie-like dough. Snack-like and crunchy! Cream Bread The small cream buns are rich and moist. The dough is rich and moist. The cream is a bit hard. I didn't like it, but it was good! Gratin Danish I heard the Danish was delicious. But this was the only one left on that day... But I was surprised when I tried it! When I bit into it, I found that each layer was very firm. The texture was so delicate, and it was so delicious! I don't think I've ever had a Danish like this before! Dainagon My partner ate this one all by himself. He said the dough was so delicious! The Danish was really delicious! I bet the croissants are delicious too! If I could, I'd like to visit in the morning and buy all kinds of things! The store's website has detailed information about the baking time of their bread! If you are going to the store, please call to reserve your bread!
