AFURI Ramen + Dumpling Yuki Niseko offers unique ramen with ultra-thin noodles and a hint of yuzu in a stylish setting. The recommended dish, Yuzu Shio Ramen, is not only visually appealing but also perfectly balances the flavor of yuzu. The dumplings are also excellent, and the easy access within the hotel is a plus.
