The creamy egg mayonnaise, carefully prepared appetizers, and sashimi served with Tosa soy sauce all showcase a deliciousness that feels meticulously crafted. The grilled silver cod with Saikyo miso and the tempura with shiitake mushrooms and Gorgonzola are also impressive, making you want to enjoy them with a drink.
