The interior of the shop, resembling a gallery lined with pottery, has a comfortable, homely atmosphere. The handmade soba, made from 100% buckwheat, has a fragrant aroma and a fine texture that goes down smoothly. The graininess of the flour is just right, with visible white specks that add to its character. The miso-based dipping sauce for the Takato soba is light and enhances the flavor of the soba. The dipping sauce for the mori soba is also light, allowing for enjoyment without getting tired of it until the end. The dumplings wrapped in soba flour have a thin skin and are filled generously, which is also very satisfying.
