This is a reservation-only counter restaurant, and the counter shaped like a musical note is stylish. The kitchen is visible, and the dishes are finished right in front of you, creating a lively atmosphere. The omakase flow is well-balanced, starting from appetizers to sashimi, fried dishes, meat dishes, and ending with a bowl of soup, leaving you satisfied. The gentle dashi of the rolled omelet, the aroma of kelp, and the rich flavor of the grilled tuna are all well conveyed. The selection of sake is also extensive, and pairing it with the dishes is enjoyable. They serve the freshly made dishes immediately, and the conversation is light, making it a comfortable place to be.
