Located on the upper floors of the hotel, the view from the window is very beautiful. The salad, bread, and butter that are served first are all delicious. The eggplant and shiitake mushrooms, which have a scent of charcoal, convey the sweetness of the vegetables very well. The steak is cooked just right, and its flavor is satisfying even with just salt. You can also enjoy variations in taste with herb-based, tomato-based, whiskey-scented butter, and smoked salt. The potatoes and macaroni and cheese fill you up, and the refreshing grapefruit sorbet at the end leaves you feeling very happy.
