Uo to Sakana Ito Okashi

The restaurant offers dishes centered on fresh seafood. The set meal menu, popular for breakfast, makes the most of ingredients purchased from the Tsukiji market that morning, and includes kaisen donburi (seafood rice bowl) and grilled fish. The restaurant also features dishes using fish taken directly from the fish tank set up inside the restaurant, and you can watch the chefs prepare the fish right in front of you, allowing you to enjoy the freshness of the ingredients and the skill of the artisans at the same time.

The restaurant features a lively and bright atmosphere, and the second floor offers sunken kotatsu-style seating for a more private and relaxed dining experience. These seats allow diners to watch the food being prepared and to enjoy their meal in an intimate atmosphere.

Opened in April 2020. As the name suggests, the restaurant offers a wide variety of sake snacks, and offers dishes made with Japanese culinary techniques, using seafood and vegetables from Kyushu and seasonal ingredients from all over Japan.

Born in Yakushima, he graduated from Tsuji Culinary School in Osaka and trained in Japanese cuisine at a famous ryotei restaurant in Kyoto. Later, he further honed his skills at a ryotei in Hakata, where he was attracted to fish cuisine in particular, and at the age of 26 he opened his own restaurant, "Uoto Sakana Ito Okashi". He is now working on his cuisine every day with the belief that he can provide energy to his visitors through dishes using fresh seafood from Kyushu.
